Transport Regulations – Airport Transfers

2. Subject of Transport

The service provides irregular passenger transport – airport transfers for private individuals and corporate clients between airports and locations specified by the customer.

3. Transport Order

Transport can be ordered via the website, email, phone, or SMS. The order becomes binding upon confirmation by the provider.

4. Required Information for the Order

The customer must provide accurate and complete information:

Full name

• Phone number
• Email address
• Date and time of the transfer
• Pickup location and destination address
• Number of passengers
• Amount of luggage
• Any special requirements

5. Pickup Time

For departures, the pickup time is set according to the recommended arrival time at the airport. For arrivals, the pickup time is approximate and may be adjusted based on the current situation.

6. Waiting at the Airport

The transport price includes a free waiting period of 60 minutes from the agreed pickup time or scheduled arrival time. After this period, a fee of €15 is charged for each additional hour of waiting.

7. Price and Payment Terms

The transport price is set according to the valid price list published on the website. Payment can be made in cash, by bank transfer, or in advance.

8. Cancellation Policy

• Less than 24 hours before pickup: 100% of the price
• 24–48 hours: 50% of the price
• 48–72 hours: €30
• More than 72 hours: no charge

9. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must follow the driver’s instructions and behave in a manner that does not compromise transport safety.

10. Complaints

Complaints can be submitted via email or SMS within 7 days of the transport service.
